Britney Spears’ whimsical flower painting just raised $10,000 for the Las Vegas shooting victims

Last month, Britney Spears posted a video that captured her playfully painting on a lavish terrace while Mozart’s “Turkish March” music played in the background.

She captioned the cute clip with “Sometimes you just gotta play!!!!!!” following a plethora of emojis. And although it was no Van Gough, she showed her work as an artist extends further than her music.

Sometimes you just gotta play!!!!!! 🤓😜💋💅🏻👩‍🎨🎨👯👗👛👒👠🦄🦋🐠🌹💥💥

Afterward, Britney donated the artwork to an auction by Vegas Cares, who sponsored a benefit concert to honor the brave first responders and victims of the Las Vegas shooting last Sunday. All proceeds go to building a memorial art piece to commemorate them.

Spears’ flower painting was purchased for a whopping $10,000 by Robin Leach, famously known for hosting Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous.

John Katsilometes, a “man-about-town” columnist for the Las Vegas Review, posted a photo of Robin Leach’s purchase captioning it with, “It’s #RobinLeach, who just auctioned this @britneyspears piece to … himself! Yes! Great $10k moment #VegasCares @venetianvegas“
