What makes it special? It’s a low-carb version of everyone’s lunchtime favorite. Avocados are also full of heart-healthy mono-saturated fats, plus they’re high in fiber and vitamins B, C, and E.
And yeah, there’s bacon for your diet to contend with, but it’s a small price to pay.
To make this bite of Heaven, slice the avo in half and remove pit. Spread both sides with mayo, add bacon, romaine lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and salt + pepper to taste. Top with sesame seeds for a true “bun” experience.
